Harrier GR-7/9 lack of gunpod

As I understand matters the Harrier GR-7 and GR-9 do not have an option to fit a gunpod similar to the AV-8B. Is this so?

Is this an example of Government cutbacks again or are the MOD talking to the US to get some?
