Harrier GR9 with Brimstone?

Did the Brimstone ever actually enter service with the Brimstone missile?

There are photos around with test loadouts. I doubt the baseline Brimstone would have been carried in Afghanistan due to rules of engagement, thats why they went with Dual Mode Brimstone for the Tornado GR4.

ISTR an Air Forces Monthly news article saying they were having problems with integration. An AFM supplement, Herricks Harriers (~2009?), has “Integrating the Brimstone onto the Harrier has been delayed, partly because the Maverick can do a pretty effective job already and it seems unlikely Brimstone will become part of the Harrier’s portfolio of weapons”

Capability EA added training modes for Brimstone and Paveway IV in December 2009.
