Harrier GR9A Nav lights

Much as it pains me to post this here, the Harrier is sadly now a historic plane (in this country anyway).

Anyway I always thought that the port light was red and starboard was green, however the photos I have of a GR9 seem to indicate the navigation lights on the port side (both wingtip and tail) are green.

Can anyone explain this or am I going mad?
