Dear all
Are there many harrier manuals out there? I am helping a friend look for some.
Does anyone have any spare or that they would be prepared to let go?
Thanks in advance

Hi guys,
I’d be interested in getting hold of a copy of an RAF GR5/7 aircrew manual – pdf would do.
Does anyone have any suggestions where I could track one down?
I have a USMC AV-8B aircrew manual circa 2008 which I came across on the net, it makes for interesting reading.
But I’d be interested in reading the RAF version of the document.
Just finished reading an excellent book on the Harrier by Jonathan Glancey which has piqued my interest!
Cheers!

I have uploaded the first two to a filehost. These are a cross servicing guide and a training manual. Not sure how much use they will be, but I hope that someone can use them!
I have another two to do, and I need to sort out the parts catalogue, so bear with me.
Quality is fair – a good scan of a fair copy. Any colour illustrations are now black and white, so you’ll have to live with that! The first is a 57MB download, the second is 52MB . If you use the free service, this isnt quick, even on a high speed broadband link. Persevere!
Files can be found as follows:
http://www.filefactory.com/file/cf9025/n/Harrier_cross_servicing_guide_pdf
http://www.filefactory.com/file/80e044/n/Harrier_Aircraft_Systems_-_Training_manual_pdf
I dont want to see these for sale on EBay – they will be available for free download for a while, and I’ll let you know if I have to take them down.
All the best

I’ve scanned the first two – but not yet uploaded them to anywhere. Anyone recommend a good file host?
I’ll try and finish them on Monday.

I’m scanning them now – I’m just looking for a free file host, so that anyone can download a copy. That’ll upset the muppets that try to make money on Ebay by selling other peoples intellectual property!
Dave, I’ll contact you by PM

OK, I have good quality photocopies of the following:
Harrier Gr1 and 3 cross servicing guide
Harrier GR1, 1A, 3, T2 T2A, T4 Minor star servicing schedule
Harrier GR1 Aircrew manual
Some IPC parts – not complete, but seems to encompass a fair bit.
I have a poor photocopy of the Harrier Ground engineering training flight manual on Airframe systems.
I suggest I scan them to a HQ .pdf file, and can then make copies available. Once they are scanned, these hard copies will be available as well – they are no use to me!

Dave,
Mine are GR3 I think – they were acquired for a project that I was involved in, but that has since moved on.
I’ll have a look at them.
