Harrier U-turn

I just maily browse the forums but after reading a few posts i need to just ask this, Am i correct in reading the Harries are to be brought back in to service for the RN???

I would be staggered if this was to happen, first the Nimrod R1 gets a short stay of execution and now the Harriers
