Harriers for Tornado's in Afgan

Anyone heard any news on the deployment of the tornado’s GR4 to Kandahar to replace the Harriers.

Have they gone yet. How many are going? I think there was 9 harriers there recently so hopefully the same amount of GR4’s will be there.

I don’t understand why they just don’t send a full squadron of 12 aircraft. What are the advantages/Disadvantages of only deploying part 3/4 of the squadron?

Always wondered what are the Pods the GR4 carriers on the outer wing pod. i know BOZ and some other thing but what does that mean? Also heard they were getting new counter measure pods before going out there. Any idea what these are and what they are replacing?
