Hi Chaps,
Just driven past St Leonards Motors, Hollington and was surprised to see their long-established pole mounted Meteor T7 WL345 has recently (and suddenly) departed!
It was there a week (or two) back – anyone know where it has gone?
I managed a closer inspection about a year ago, it was looking decidedly “tired” after many years exposure, with signs of some decay, though had obviously been repainted (at least once).
I hope it has gone somewhere where it will receive some TLC?
Thanks
Paul F

While on the subject of Meteor T7s, is the one that used to sit dismantled in the open over on the North side at Duxford still there?

Try Parkhouse Aviation. The jet may be at Booker now.

Thanks Autostick.
Good to hear she appears to have gone to a good home. Hopefully they can attend to her needs and get her looking pristine again in due course.
