Have Su-27K folding nose and sting?

Would like to ask you guys about folding parts of Su-27K (Su-33).
Besides well known folding wing and aft horizontal tails, have also read about two other folding features. Namely nose section with radar and sting.

Somewhere I have seen pic of nose section of some Su-27K with radome folded up. From the pic, it wasnt clear if this setup is used only for maintaince of radar and avionics, or for “shortening” of airplane to save space on carrier.

Also the same question for foldable sting. Piotr Butowsky in his article about Su-33 in polish mag Lotnictwo Wojskowe 4/2003 said that also this part was foldable. The reason was that in OKB Su tried to minimalize dimensions of aircratf as much as possible becouse of smaller MiG-29K.
