Have you visited Newark Air Museum?

Some people might be aware that NAM is currently investigating the possibility of constructing a new Visitor Centre [shop, café, toilets, education space, small artefact display area] near to Hangar 2 on its Southfield Site.

Several ‘funding streams’ are currently being investigated and at this stage a significant part of the project involves a topic called Audience Development. In particular the museum has to gather the views of ‘Non-Users’ – the aim of which is to try and widen visitor access to the museum and its collection.

To help with this information gathering the museum website now features a small section with 9 questions, which are primarily aimed at ‘Non-Users’. Through a variety of means the museum is trying to encourage as many people as possible to respond to these questions, which can be found at http://www.newarkairmuseum.org/newsItem.php?id=132

The views of people who have visited are also welcome and comments can be submitted as indicated on the museum website. I would like to ask you to contribute to this process by following the link given above.
