Having a clear-out.

Just having a clear-out:

A pair of twin switches (i.e. two seperate switches connected by switch bar) to Air Ministry design 5C/2847, complete with the ‘crows foot’ motife and knurled locking nut (Locks the switch in ‘off’ position and prevents accidental operation) used in many aircraft during the second world war and after. I gather they used in weapon-arming roles and the like.
No idea if they were ever fitted to an aircraft, but I suspect not.Nice and chunky!
£4 each + £1.50 PaP via paypal or postal order.

Also bakelight cockpit lamp 5C/366 minus bulb and red shade, again standard issue in all heavy aircraft. Pre 1944 as it has the AM ‘Crown’ symbol. Probable ex-aircraft. I’ve seen these with R1155/T1154 set ups to illuminate the position.
£5 + £1.50 PaP via paypal or postal order.

Radio control unit from Bolton Paul Balliol WG225 (serial number was penciled inside casing!). The guys over the road at Duxford think it is for the Beam approach system (Standard Beam Approach). AM reference 10L/250
On/off switch has been desoldered at some point, but it an easy fix. Label on the side states modification 2310 in 1953 (year this aircraft entered service).
WG225 scrapped at St. Athan in 1961.

£10 + £3 pap via paypal or postal order.

Merlin Engine Stub, given by diving friend. Still partly concreted. No real idea of value and, ofcourse, no providence. Large and HEAVY item. £20 +£10 pap or nearest offer.

Non working display-only VOR (VHF Navigation aid) dial from a Cessena, dated Oct 6th 1970.
£5 + £3 pap via paypal or postal order.

All items shipped the weekend after recieving payment.
Regards, Robs
