I took my son to see this film yesterday
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Waterhorse
It is set in Scotland during 1942 – and I was very glad to see that in one scene a Hawker Hurricane is flying low over ‘Loch Ness’ – The question I ask is which flying example was used in the film – The problem is some filming was performed in New Zealand as well as Scotland – So I do not know if the actual scene involved the NZ based Hurricane or a UK based one

I had to preview this before we showed it to the public when it was released at our cinema.
If I remember correctly and it was late at night, the Hurricane was finished in an early camou scheme with white and black undersurfaces. Im guessing it was this was then however I am ready to be corrected. 😀
