Hawker Hurricanes Southern Rhodesia

Can anyone provide photos or details of the colour schemes used by the RATG, CFS, on their few old Hurricanes which came from the Middle East? There were some at RAF Norton until it closed in 1945. They may have been off white with red spinners (perhaps) and red vertical stripes (perhaps) on the fuselage in front of the tail plane. There are some black and white pictures on the internet but the exact colour scheme eludes me. My father flew several but, sadly, I have no further information. One was used as a communication hack and some others took part in the last flypast over Salisbury on Battle of Britain today, just before RAF Norton closed.
