Does anyone know of any good photos of a Head Up Display showing the projected data with good clarity? I’ve been searching for such an image, but most of what appears online is of flight sims, or looks suspiciously touched up. Any suggestions for a clear HUD image of high resolution, ideally of something British like a Tornado F3 would be great.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, but as I’ve already mentioned I now have the image I need. Apologies for not making this clear enough.

Simply Google tornado hud etc then look at images.

Have you tried looking for video rather than images?

I know the quality isn’t great in that example but maybe there are high resolution/more recent versions out there.

Thanks wieesso! These are also good, but I’m primarily looking for something British, and have a Tornado image that is what I need, so I think I’m sorted. Thanks for the suggestions.

Thanks for that, Halcyon. It is a lovely image. Unfortunately, I need a military HUD, otherwise I would probably be exactly what I am looking for.

Heres a modern one if its of any interest. Boeing 787 HUD on the ground though-so not a lot of info being displayed.

Robert,
Thanks very much for the suggestion, which is much appreciated. Unfortunately, a still from a video isn’t sharp enough for what I need. I think I’ve managed to find a suitable image, so I should be OK. Thanks again for the idea.

What about a still from the Ferranti Bucc testing the TSR2.
