Yes, yes I know Llandudno, but!
Maybe not one for the enthusiast but if within striking distance well worth a visit as a family day out.
Llandudno is primarily owned by the Mostyn Estate and it is the Estate which funds the airshow to bring tourists and trade to Llandudno. There is no charge as such other than £2 for parking and all proceeds go to services charities. Any new airshow should be encouraged as it provides more income for aeroplane owners.
I attended the first one two years ago and it has certainly grown since then. Of particular interest to locals will be the Catalina as Catalinas were converted at nearby Beaumaris for RAF use. The local terrain should give some interesting photographic opportunities.
