If you’ve never been you have missed out on an excellent show and re-enactment, with a full scale land warfare battle and airshow combined.
Situated outside the not so picturesque Leicester this really is a good day out, if taking kids i would recommend some ear plugs / defenders as you certainly get a lot of bangs for your buck..

Its at Foxlands farm, Cosby, Leicestershire. The Dakota emerging through the early morning fog to land last year is still etched in my mind.
