Heathrow

Hi,

The excellent weather on Saturday tempted me out with the camera for the first time this year, and I spent a few hours at Heathrow.

Air Malta were a colourful visitor:-

Several different versions of the Virgin livery were on display – hard to beat the one worn by G-VFAB though:-

Another aircraft in a special livery was Air New Zealand’s ZK-OKQ:-

There are always plenty of US aircraft at Heathrow, and in the mornoing there is never long to wait for a Delta 767-400:-

Transaero 777-300 EI-UNP was one of the best aircraft I saw:-

Air Serbia’s A319 was another welcome visitor, although I will miss the JAT 737s as it feels like they have been flying to Heathrow for ever!

The highlight for me though was A.320 A6-HMS:-

As well as a 787, Qatar Airways also sent 777-300 A7-BAI:-

Another Triple Seven was provided by All Nippon with JA784A:-

This was one of the last aircraft to land before the runway change, when I left after an excellent few hours.

I hope the photos are of interest – more can be found at http://www.flickr.com/photos/indiaecho/page1/?details=1
