Hi all I have never posted in here before so go easy on me 😉 .
Went to LHR for an hour or so today to try out me new camera, I have never tried photography on airliners before so any tips or tricks for next time would be more than welcome.

‘In the ‘dark and speckly’ photo what shooting mode were you in?’
Thanks everyone The New Zealand 747 one I was mucking about with shutter speeds, Im guessing that means it was too fast is that right.
I thought the title might be a bit of false advertising lol.
here is one last one, I have never seen this aircraft before any tips on how to lighten the under wing area?

Great shots Richard, the reason they are “dark & speckly” is because there is is not enough light on what you are focusing on.
Well… In the absolute most basic terms that’s correct!
Mr Angry… What a superb first post! In the ‘dark and speckly’ photo what shooting mode were you in? Did you use full automatic?
