A nice day for photos, all taken from the roundabout next to 27 right.

Use photobucket and the [IMG] address. I’m no expert on this so over to someone who is….

very nice photos there.

Although it doesn’t seem to always work for me

they are the names of the aircraft. It’s a little picture of a map of where the aircraft is named after. i know one is called “Bay of Plenty” and others are named after various other areas of NZ

Thanks for that. That must be a recent additon in the last year or so, as I don’t recall them ever having when I flew them.

On another note, AC always seem to have a nice lineup into LHR, with the 2 types shown above, along with their 762’s and 763’s.

Nice photos. Anyone have any idea what that little symbol just forward of the first door on the NZ 744 is?

I thought it could have been part of a defensive system, as I recall El Al are supposed to be fitting the BAE NEMESIS to their fleet, if I remember correctly……….

Nice photo’s mate 😉

Can I just ask though, what’s the bulge on the El Al 777-200? It’s just over the 2nd door……….

It’s more than likely for their IFE (in-flight entertainment). Knowing EL AL, however, it could be for something else, communication, or added security device.

As regards photobucket, Phil’s got it right. Just paste the IMG code into your forum message.

Great pictures. I love that United livery

Can anyone advise as to how you place photos in the main screen rather than thumbnails?
