heavy attack helicopters, still useful?

compared to mix of armed UCAVs that are cheaper, more expendible, and can loiter longer

and

fixed wing CAS aircraft.. props like super toucan sam that are cheaper, and jets like Su-25 and A-10 that are not as noisy.

so are heavy attack helicopters like Apache, Mi-28, and Rooivalk and Garfunkl still relevant?
