I can’t work out exactly what it is but appears to be something that was outside the aircraft on the other side of the hedge.

Landing gear breaking off.

That looks just looks like a firm landing to me. I would expect it to look a lot worse before the undercarriage failed.

The tailwheel touches first, bringing the mains down a bit harder than normal. Probably nothing more than that.
