Heinkel 111 shot down by Hudson of 233 Squadron 28-5-1941

Does anyone have any details of the Heinkel 111 shot down over the western Atlantic by a Lockheed Hudson of 233 Squadron on 28-5-1941 please? I understand that two of the crew might have bailed out.
