i’m in frederikshavn, stranding at a campsite for a day, waiting for the ferry, i noticed a lot of helicopter activity this morning, saw what i think were bk117, ec-135 and ab212 in formation as i entered the town this money, so i went off on my bike to see what i could see and by the docks, on a rough grass area were a nh-90, lynx, sea king and super puma, i could see the lynx warming up, so waited for some pics(its blades were a metre from the un-fenced road i was on) and then came dozens of paramilitary soilders who boarded and took off, this was followed by the super puma then nh-90 and then they started performing fast roping on a passenger ship in the harbour, time after time, i got quite a few pics which i’ll put up when i can connect my laptop, but does anybody have any idea on the exercise and who was involved?
