Hi, I am not sure if I should post this here but I guess it is somewhat military related.
I am curerntly a Canadian citizen with a Serbian Orthodox root. I have been living in Canada for the past 8 years and I just moved to Kerkyra/Corfu Greece and will be here for at least a year….if not permanently unless I go back to Canada for school.
I have been interested in becoming a military or civilian pilot for quite some time. I gave thought of joining the Canadian Airforce but it was never really an option(for a lot of reasons)…and my plan was originally to go to a college and become a pilot or to a flight school in Canada.
However now that I am in Greece and knowing how active the Greek Airforce is, would they be willing to accept me into the Greek Military even if I don’t have a Greek citizenship, given that I have Serb Orthodox root(as someone told me that it somewhat mattered)?
I have gone to the Greek AF website(haf.gr) but they have no information on “Careers” since the page is still under construction. Does anyone here have any information regarding the recruitment of the HAF and what they are looking for? As in age, health, physical shape, eyes, etc?
Fantasma or someone?
