The MkIA wasn’t bad, but it’s a bit naive to think that you wouldn’t need rear vision “because you are faster than them” dont you think? Plus the need for cannon was ignored. A pity the final versions were still called MkIB (albeit Series 2) instead of MkIIB as it would make life a lot easier.

I live near a cemetery and the noise the neighbours make is indescribable! You get used to the smell evenrually too (there is a dog food factory just behind… Wonder if the two are somehow connected:confused:?).
You never said anything about 112 Sqn either. And a gentle word of advice little fella – NEVER mention the Typhoon mk1A to Snapper. Last person that did… Lets just say he walks a bit funny today (piles, you know!).

I expect that the people of Gloucester are used to the noise by now, I live near a station and I have had to get used to the sound of trains, but you do eventually.
