Electro hydraulics Ltd was a British Landing Gear company which made Landing Gears for Lightining(?), Canberra, Belfast, Hp Jetsteam and Victor.
I’m seeking information on when the company closed down, what happened to its archive and what happened to the designs which still needed technical support.
Any information great fully received.

Many thanks for the info. Messier Dowty have confirmed that they took the civil landing gears archive and DA but not the military. Both Qentiq and APPH have confirmed they didn’t take the military so by a process of elimination I assume these have gone to BAESYSTEMS, presumably Lostock? BAESYSTEMS have yet to respond but I’ll give my contact another nudge.

Hi there,
As far as I know Dowty Rotol, now Messier-Bugatti-Dowty( http://www.safranmbd.com/) took over Electro Hydraulics.
When working on the Herald landing gears (E-H manufactured)many years ago support was provided by Dowty as well as Dart Herald Support.
Messier-Bugatti-Dowty in Cheltenham would be the first place to try and get some information.
Hope that helps
Regards
Dave
