Help ID mystery Flankers at Irkutsk

Got this from other forum, even after days we have fauled to positively identify two bright colored Flankers on the satellite image. What we know is :

1) The picture is Irkutsk, that means IAPO
2) They look canardless
3) the scheme looks almost identical on both aircraft
4) both appear to be doubleseaters

Any ideas?
