Help ID WWII Bomb Shackle Please

New to the forum and was hoping I could jump right in and see if anyone out there might be able to ID the WWII era bomb shackle I’ve unearthed from a swamp not far from an old WWII Navy Base in North Florida. I’ve found a few others like it on the web during my search but I am trying to determine what specifically it came off of. I know we had some Corsairs, Hellcats, Helldivers and Wildcats flying around these parts back in the day but I can’t seem to locate any info which ties this, to one of those specific aircraft. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve attached a few pics. The Shackle inscription reads, “ U.S. NAVY BU OF ORD BOMB SHACKLE MARK 8 MODEL O INSPR JSE CONTR SERIAL 4588 CAP 100 1600 LBS”
