help identifying an aircraft tyre

Hi All i have been asked if i can identify an aircraft the numbers on the tyre are as follows;

BRG AH 8023 DSSUE4 RAYON DUNLOP 9-75-8 NBR16 Serial number LF 53465
Second side: CON 102 shim 0.24 S 6263
