Help me with ID please

Hey guys, how often is it you get me asking about help for IDing stuff, anyway.

I have this control grip, I’ve been looking on the web and it looks like one from an F-4. The guy who I got it from said it was a phantoms control stick but I wasn’t sure, it looked more like a huey’s

There are three sets of numbers on it:

Set one is under the slip guard on the right side of the stick, the numbers are;
205-001-046-1

Set two is on the opposite side under the transmit button;
P&D-21718-1

The last set is a set that looks like it’s been hand written and is upside down on the same side as set two;
