Help needed for next drawing

Hi All, was hoping that someone may help me for a drawing I’m planning on doing. In the latest ‘Flypast’ there is an article about First Lt. Joseph A Peterburs. I would very much like to draw the photo of him from the article but first off would like to ask permission from the owner of the photo. The article states that all belong to the man himself. Can anyone put me in touch with him to ask persmission to use the photo for a drawing of A2 in size??
