Help needed with sourcing wartime photograph

Hi everybody

I was sent this photo-copy of an airmen waving from the cockpit of a Lancaster.

I would dearly love to source the original with a view to trying to identify the motif which I believe is a Maple leaf and what I think is the head of a girl within.

Could be a long shot but then . . . I discovered a random photo for somebody else of this forum so I know all things are possible
