Help please

Hi Folks
Been thinking of upgrading to an SLR camera for a while now as using my phone just is not working anymore :D, and was after some advice please!! I have been offered a Nikon D60 with 18 to 55 and 55 to 200 lenses which is in hardly used condition, thoughts??
