Help required to i.d. Spade grip

Hi can anyone help to identify a ww2 spade grip The AH number reads AH8005,i believe it to be from a Typhoon or Tempest. Can anyone confirm this Please.

Would anyone know if this part number would fit any other type of aircraft, or are the Typhoon and Tempest the only two.
