I am looking to learn the title of a book that I browsed through a few years ago in the local library.
Its about the Dambusters, hardback in largish format. The book was black & white along with colour sections and I remember there been illustrations along with photographs of the routes into and out of each dam that the bombers flew.
Im guessing that it was then a new book and possibly had just been released.
Any clues to which book this is would be appreciated and any comments as to is it worth me going out and purchasing a copy for my collection ?
Many thanks in advance.
Regards

Are you sure there were colour sections? If not, ‘The Dams Raid – Through the Lens’ by Helmuth Euler fits the bill. It’s largish format (305x220mm) including photos and diagrams of the routes in to the dams.
