Booked return flights to Palma in July for flight tomorrow returning week later. Booked through Opodo and paid for flights + baggage in full. I’ve checked my credit card statement and says “RYANAIR……£350”.
When I try to check in online it goes through all the options like we haven’t paid ! It’s asking us to add baggage etc and coming up with extra prices.
I’m worried we have to pay twice. Looked up their customer service number and it’s £1.50 a minute ! If we don’t check in we have to pay £60 tomorrow.
Help I’m stuck ! Anyone else had this issue ?
This airline is a nightmare.

When you made the booking, did the website tell which airline you would be flying with?
