Can anyone tell me what the story is with the final disposition (or is this the case?) of BT-13 N550C owned and flown by Bill Pounds? Sen here over Breckenridge, TX during better times, I’m told this plane crashed during a pass at an airport in Maryland, but never really heard the details….would love to know the story….Pounds was (is?) a very nice guy and we had a ball on this photo flight with him…in the back seat of his plane in this shot is ‘Windsong’, another member of this forum (Denise Jorgenson) who went with me to this show on a regular basis…

Okay, well, if that’s the case, good to know the bird and the man still exist! Nice site Steve Rister has there, known him since our ‘Breckenridge days’ and he does great video work, flew a P-40 photo flight with him once where we both got some great stuff…
