Help with RAF/ Air Ministry Mic, Photos inclosed

Hello can anyone help to I.D. this particular type of Mic. it is Air Ministry Stamped with a ref number 10A/13490 it also has stamped on it type 41.
I have searched the net and came up with similar, but they have different ref numbers, also the part of the mic that you talk into doesn’t have the same design, I.E. the one shown here has a rubber section shown.
Also would anyone know where these may of been used via the Raf for example ops room, control tower, or on the aircraft itself? THANKS for any help as always.
