Help with Strategic Air Command marking

Hi all,

I need a help with SAC marking in the front of the fuselage. Is the blue strip with SAC symbol on the both sides, or only on left? If ony on left, what is on opposite side? And applied on B-47, it ended just where the bottom scanner is – does it mean, that if it is not there, the blue strip will go all around the fuselage (I mean also completely under the fuselage)?
