Help with Xbox 360 capture card

Hi, I currently record on a digital camera and the quality’s not great, I’m just wondering if there’s a capture card for the xbox 360 that: uses .MOV file format, this is the format my camera uses and it works on youtube, I am no good at changing file formats.

Is easy to use, e.g. all you do with my camera is plug in a USB wire which attaches the camera to the computer and then it starts uploading onto my PC.

Is good quality (not HD though)

Can anyone recommend a capture card which fits these requirements?
