Hendon – F86 Sabre

Hi all

A friend recently visited Hendon and said the Sabre was no longer there, I assume it is now at Cosford destined forthe Cold War Museum. Can anyone confim this please!!

The Fighter Collection assisted with the inversion process and completed a couple of repairs at the same time. Would have been about 2006 IIRC.

It was actually moved from Hendon to Cosford four years ago, it says.

Yes its hanging upside down in a very striking pose at Cosford now.
