Hi guys,
Since the HP Hampden was acquired by the RAFM (and shuffled about after the move of the restoration center), has any restoration work actually been carried out on her?
Cheers

Anybody with an update on Brians project (piccies ?) ?
Is it possible to view it at East Kirkby or is it stored away ? 😉

In the latest Wreck and Relics, it is recorded that the Hampden is in the Conservation centre at RAF Museum Cosford. There is a separate list for other airframes in deep store. Which presumably means they are are not being touched yet. So a guess is that the Hampden is being looked at least?

Hi Cees,
Maybe if it had been made by AVRO… 😉
