Hey Jim, I'm bet you are glad you never considered a job with this force

Well Tony, they can’t say they were not aclimatised, if they had any sense, they would have walked, not run this short distance. At the age of 26, I joined “The Force” I was the oldest one of 150 others, it was Feb, and BL88DY cold, we then, the same week, had to run a 9 mile trial, I was pleased to say I came 2nd, many younger lads fell by the way, may from hypathermia setting in.
This was at Pannal Ash, Nr Harrogate.Didn’t need water, just a handful of snow;)

Just a quicky, (My wife still says NO), but the Chief of Police in S.A. has a set of tubes either side of his car, which throws out propane gas, when he is surrounded by the SAs who want to steal his car, I understand vehicle theft if a big problem there.His car however throws out flames, when several attempts have been made to grab his car.
I bet he gets invited to a lot of Bar B Qs though.
