HHA Hunter Display

HHA are displaying Hunter Mk58 G-HHAC at Waddington this weekend. After much work up and practice a new routine has been honed to demonstrate Sir Sidney Camm’s finest in its best light with a combination of grace power and maneouverability.

It would be interesting if those attending the show provide us with some feedback on the new routine. We look forward to seeing you all there. Please feel free to come and talk to any members of the team should you bump into us. Lets hope the event is not spoiled by the weather

Feedback thanks

It was indeed an excellent performance albeit a flat display in less than ideal conditions. I only wish you could have seen the full display as I did during the work up. I think we might have given the FRA Falcons a run for their money for the best display.
(As an aside well done to our colleagues at FRA for winning the award, well deserved).

We have no plans to display at any other venues this season, we are concentrating on satisfying the needs of the military contract work and besides, appearing at an airshow whilst fun to do is always done at a loss due to the measly funds available to airshow organisers.

As for the Buccaneer there is some progress with rocket packs and we should know in the near future the test results from Martin Baker.

Oh and No fitters required at this moment in time.

HHA

The weather was far from perfect, but Dave Southwood’s display in the Hunter was the highlight of Waddingtons flying display.
Well done to everyone.

I’d be there if I could get through Yorkshire without a boat…. Any fitters jobs going at your Scampton base?
