I don’t think that they do in fact ‘operate’ it as such. It hasn’t flown since its delivery flight into Scampton. They are advertising it as available for contract work, but not for airshows, so it would be interesting to hear under whose auspices they have plans to operate it, should an appropriate contract materialise!
It would almost certainly have be an MOD contract.

Very nice site. Very professional and smart.
How do they manage to operate the Su-22? Under who’s control (e.g. CAA or MoD) is it to be operated? Just wondered as I didn’t work it out or though I might have missed it or miss read it.
