my second post here actually. I enjoy aviation, both civil and military. It seems most of the people here, as well as aviation magazines in the US tend to be from Europe. I’m a grad student studying in the US, but originally from Rishiri Island. It seems like everyone is an interesting bunch here 🙂

Good evening (well, in Britain, anyway),
Hope you find us as interesting in a few more posts – there are many nutters (looneys, idiots, attention seekers, etc) here and it can be difficult trying to keep up. If you have brought any alcohol with you then you might find yourself more welcome on any of the threads below (or above – depending on how many other threads get answered before you return!).
Try not to get dragged into any thread which seems to be about one as yet unflown oriental aircraft versus another bearly flown Indian subcontinental aircraft (or vice versa, I forget which way round it currently is), or any thread which appears to be trying to deliberately trying to incite hatred between nations or countrys on the basis of winning world wars or sporting achievement – they will not take no for an answer no matter how wrong they quite obviously are.
