Hi all.
I’m looking for a high energy igniter(‘crackers’), HT box and cable as usually fitted to British jet a/c.
Does anyone have some spare? we could do swaps if poss.
Thanks in advance..

Yes, I saw it at St Athan in my early days. They had it set up in a perspex box. When it was operated, everyone took a step back!
It’s not called high energy for the fun, 2000v & 1500amps…

Just a working set for instructional purposes.
That’s a great idea. Some people are unaware of the dangers of the HE igniter system.
I saw a Goblin igniter set off outside the combustion camber once. Our instructor had put a Perspex cage around the plug. It blew it across the room!

What aircraft is it for as they have slight differences, or do you just want a box for testing.
