Graeme C,
VP-BPS is going to Ireland at some point – hence the centre wing section on the trailer. As for N423RS as far as I know it has been sold and it is just a question of buyer / seller meeting to finalise the details. I have heard rumours about what is intended but would not like to make them public until such time as more details are known for certain.

PaulC do you know if both catalinas are to remain in the UK, or go abroad? i heard that the ex-plane sailing cat was “rumoured” to be sold to a guy in Ireland. But what of the Ex Greenpeace Cat?

yes – both have been reported as being sold but as one of the team of volunteers we were always the last to know 😉

The complete airframe is the ex-Greenpeace machine (Note reg at the end of the hull) and I should think the other is the ex-PS aircraft.
Does the fact they are outside mean the operations have stalled with regard to these two aircraft?

Interesting stuff paul. Are the Catalinas the ex-Greenpeace and Plane Sailing aircraft?
