Absolutely, that would be the way to do it, it would have to be a short tether to avoid losing control. As far as I’m aware it is a purely manual control system with no gyro stabilisation.

I know what you mean but really no different from watching any of the current selection of fast taxi events at Bruntingthorpe, YAM and elsewhere. It would be great to see these birds fly again but they never will, so…….:apologetic:
