Help!
I reluctantly need to get rid of my collection of aviation magazines. This is due to my rapidly approaching marriage, and the need for space in the house.
The collection includes Flypast (No1 and 2, and then from No6 to mid 2000). There are also, Air Pictorial, Control Column, Aircraft Illustrated, and many more.
I do not want any money for any of these, but I want them to go to a good home. FREE!!
Is anyone interested?
If not, can anyone point me in the direction of any retailers who may be interested?
Obviously, I don’t just want to put all these in the re-cycling, as it would be a tremendous waste.
Help (again), and many thanks

DOUGHNUT,
the earwigs have gone, I’m afraid. The bl**dy cat has eaten them. The loft insulation is partly on the move as well, although I’m sure at too small a scale to bother you.
Ebay is a nice idea, but as I can only log on at work, and then not that often, it would be a bit tricky to organise.
Thanks anyway

Steve,
many thanks for your suggestion.
I’ve been a DAS member since 1982 and I never realised that they took magazines!! It’s amazing what you learn isn’t it!!
Again, many thanks.

Hi Willow,
I give mine to the Duxford Aviation Society who sell them on Airshow days to raise money for restorations.
Drop them in on a Sunday Morning and they will show you round for free. Go to the main gate and ask for them.
