How do you stop the U.S. bomber force?

For those countries that are Not U.S. allies.
How does a air defense General give his country the best chance of success?
I just read an article on the B52 being upgraded for jassm. In any theatre you could possibly face.
*note these are conservative numbers*
20 X B-1s a day firing Jassm-Er x24 to equal 480 cruise missiles fired at you a day.
20 x B-52s firing 12 jassm to equal 240 cruise missiles a day.
10x B-2s with 100x SDB to equal 1000 targets hit a day.
And god even knows what the next gen bomber will deliver. So each day 1700+ smarts weapons are being thrown at you.

How do you mitigate the damage or outright thwart such an attack?
The Chinese have impressed me with hardened super shelters, and air bases built into mountains. But is there any other way to stop this.
